Ordering Your Nespa Tiled Spa

1. First Consideration: location, Nespa's can be installed in the yard (in-ground, partially in-ground, or above grade), deck, rooftop, balcony, sunroom or basement. Remember to add a foot (12") around the size of your spa for plumbing clearance; Size; step access; pipe run; spa equipment location and accessibility; utilities for pumps, lights and heaters.

2. Spa or Swimspa Choice: Remember there are many different shapes and sizes or you can design your own.

3. Tile Selection: Generally we use tile companies including Daltile, National Pool Tile and Cepac. If you have found a tile on your own, send us a sample so we can order or match it. We can send you tile brochures that include skid resistant tiles and also tile that looks like stone. We will also need a grout selection with tile choice. Call us if you need assistance in making your final decision. -All round spas or spas with radius interiors must be tiled in 1"x1" or 2"x2" tile-

-The tile must be chosen BEFORE we can begin building your spa.
-Tile order time varies greatly, sometimes taking as long as 6 to 8 weeks to arrive.

4. Delivery: Your spa is usually shipped LTL, via a large flat bed truck. Drivers will contact you 48 to 24 hours prior to delivery. Consider the offloading means (forklift, backhoe or crane.) Often a crane is rented at the same time spa arrives and cranes it to spa site. Make sure that the spa can be delivered and offloaded safely with proper clearances to avoid damage to home or spa. If the spa is to be manually delivered, notify Nespa prior to shipping so preventive braces can be installed to protect plumbing, etc.

Building Lead Time:
Remember these spas are built from the ground up by hand, insuring the highest quality, craftsmanship and finished product direct to you. After we receive your 50% deposit, your tile will be ordered and we will begin to build your spa. It usually takes 6 to 12 weeks before the finished product arrives at your jobsite.

In the Mean Time:
Do to the customization of this unique product, many questions will arise regarding design and engineering of your spa. Our design staff is available for consultation at no charge, regarding design, engineering and installation issues. We encourage our clients to call with any questions or concerns.

Payment terms:
Since each spa has custom tile, Nespa requires a 50% deposit when spa order is placed. Tile is then ordered/received. Mold is built or adjusted to tile. Spa is then built. Outstanding balance must be received upon completion prior to shipment. Spa is then shipped.
